Maison Soirée operates exclusively on an in-store pickup model. We do not offer shipping, delivery, or courier services. This approach allows us to maintain full control over the quality, handling, and presentation of each order.
Once an order is placed, it is prepared and made available for collection at the designated location. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to collect their order within a reasonable timeframe.
As all items are carefully prepared and reserved specifically for each order, all purchases are considered final. Maison Soirée does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed. We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, selections, and quantities carefully before completing their purchase.
In the rare event that an issue arises with your order, such as a product discrepancy or preparation error, our team will assess the situation and provide support where appropriate. However, such cases are handled individually and do not constitute a general return or refund policy.
